Marlene's Special Effx Breast Collar Fully hand-tooled to match each saddle design specifically including custom choices with special elastic designed, tug and girth straps, which make Marlene's Special Effx Breast Collar's very unique. . Elastic inserts in the tugs attached to each side of your saddle and where the breast collar attaches to your front cinch underneath your horse's chest. This is important so that your breast collar is not pulling on your saddle as your horse moves and allows for better extension of your horse's shoulders without restriction.
