This is my favorite all around bit because it works on many horses. The design of this bit allows for maintaining good control with 3" shanks and a short gag motion in the mouth piece while maintaining good flex and bend with the three piece mouth piece and side-to-side independence. The three piece mouth design lays well across the tongue and bars of the mouth providing comfort and relaxation in horse that are well broke and ready for advanced training.
